Pipián Workshop at Finca Agroecológica Las Alicias - Popayán
Just 30 minutes from Popayán, at Finca Agroecológica Las Alicias, we will enjoy a unique gastronomic experience that combines sustainable tourism with culinary tradition. During this immersive workshop, we will learn how to prepare the emblematic tamales and empanadas de pipián traditional recipes.
The activity begins with the collection of fresh ingredients from the farm's agroecological crops, followed by a guided preparation led by local experts who will share the secrets of this dish. Additionally, we will enjoy a traditional breakfast and lunch featuring regional recipes that highlight the rich culinary heritage of Popayán, declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy in 2005.
