This is our personal best of collection:
- Villa de Leyva: Located in Boyacá, this colonial village is known for its cobbled streets, whitewashed buildings, and large central square surrounded by historic architecture.
- Barichara: Situated in Santander, Barichara is a charming village famous for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture, picturesque streets, and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
- Guatapé: Found in Antioquia, Guatapé is renowned for its vibrant and colorful houses, adorned with intricate bas-relief designs known as "zócalos." The village is also home to the stunning Peñol-Guatapé Reservoir.
- Jardín: Located in the coffee region of Antioquia, Jardín is a tranquil village known for its colorful facades, beautiful central square, and traditional architecture. The surrounding countryside offers stunning landscapes and opportunities for coffee plantation visits.
- Salento: Situated in the Quindío department, Salento is famous for its traditional architecture, colorful balconies, and proximity to the Cocora Valley, home to the towering wax palms—the national tree of Colombia.
- Mompox: Located in the Bolivar department, Mompox is a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its colonial charm. With its well-preserved architecture, narrow streets, and proximity to the Magdalena River, it feels like stepping back in time.
- Monguí: Situated in Boyacá, Monguí is a small Andean village known for its colonial architecture, beautiful main square, and the iconic Monguí Bridge. It is also a gateway to the stunning Páramo de Ocetá.
- Honda: Found in the Tolima department, Honda is a historic river town with well-preserved colonial architecture. Its riverside location and charming streets make it a picturesque destination for visitors.
